Job summary

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and other developmental disabilities in Mount Airy, NC, and surrounding areas. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and pathways for professional growth under BCBA supervision.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, collect data, and collaborate with a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification - or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided)
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team
• Complete clear and timely session notes
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
