Job summary

Advanceable ABA in Charlotte, NC seeks a licensed RBT to deliver in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You’ll implement individualized plans, help children build communication and daily living skills, and document progress in sessions while maintaining strong family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or path to certification.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in clients' homes across the Charlotte area.
• Part-time and full-time positions available.
• Afternoon and after-school availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Help develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Track progress with session data and notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical team.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and training.
• Engage actively during sessions with children.
