Step Ahead ABA is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in High Point, NC. The role focuses on delivering direct therapy in clients’ homes with a BCBA-assigned plan.

Availability Mon–Fri afternoons is required, with supervision and data collection embedded in daily practice. You will work within a team that values continuity, flexibility, and client-centered care, earning a base rate of $23 per hour for direct therapy and a smaller non-billable time portion for training and

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB
• Prior ABA experience required
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons
• Reliable transportation to homes across High Point
• Comfortable working in a family's home

Responsabilités

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA-created plan
• BCBA assigned before start; receive plan and family support
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time paid
• Receive supervision, feedback, and competency assessments from the BCBA
• Join a supportive team of BCBAs and clinical directors
