Job summary

Step Ahead ABA in Louisburg, NC seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct therapy in home settings on Mon–Fri afternoons and evenings. A BCBA is assigned to each case, with supervision and a clear career pathway.

Qualifications

• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings.
• Able to work in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy as outlined in the BCBA-developed plan.
• BCBA assigned before starting; receive introduction and family support.
• Supervision and feedback provided by the BCBA; use for competency development.
• Record session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid at a separate rate.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical directors to ensure quality care.
