Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring an in-home or in-clinic RBT in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Fremont, Hayward, Livermore, and Berkeley. Schedule is 2-8pm, Monday through Sunday with some weekends, part-time with 1:1 sessions for children with autism or developmental delays.

Sessions last 2–3 hours and occur at home, clinic, or school; wors with caseload matched to availability. Compensation ranges $24–$25 per hour, with training and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification required.
• 6 months experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• Must have transportation and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through tailored activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
