Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time RBT to work 1:1 with children in Fremont, Hayward, Livermore, and Berkeley. Sessions occur in-home or in-clinic, with afternoons/evenings and some weekends.

Training and supervision are provided as you grow within a supportive behavioral health team. You will help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured activities, with sessions typically lasting 2–3 hours.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required for this position.
• 6 months of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through structured activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA supervisors.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
