Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate RBTs to work 1:1 with children who have autism or developmental delays in homes, clinics, or schools. Sessions typically last 2–3 hours and are scheduled to fit your availability in Dixon, Vallejo, Suisun, Vacaville, and Fairfield.

You will maintain active RBT/ABAT/BCAT status, follow BCBA-designed plans, and participate in ongoing training and supervision while communicating with families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required.
• If not certified, complete a 40-hour RBT training before employment.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavior support to children in home, clinic, or school.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA/BCBAs.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.

Skills

RBT certification

Excellent communication

Spanish-speaking (a plus)

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Student or recent grad in psychology/education (preferred)
