Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT for in-home sessions in Kokomo, Indiana. The role involves direct therapy under a BCBA-approved plan, with schedule options Mon–Fri mornings/afternoons/evenings.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or candidacy strongly preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy or in-home settings is a plus.
• Willingness to coordinate with BCBA for supervision and case plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy as outlined by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and document progress in client file.
• Collaborate with BCBA and family care manager to ensure treatment adherence.
