Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT for an in-home case in Lafayette. You will provide 97153 direct therapy under a BCBA-drafted plan, with a dedicated BCBA and family care manager support. The position emphasizes flexible, mornings-focused hours and real supervision, with a pathway for professional growth.

Starting pay is competitive for in-home RBTs, with paid non-billable time and opportunities for bonuses, holidays, and tuition support through Capella University.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB required.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon-Fri mornings.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA who assessed the client.
• BCBA is assigned before you start; you receive the plan, an introduction, and the family's care manager as support.
• Supervision is supportive with competency assessments, observation, and feedback you can use.
• You collect session data and submit notes for the work you do; non-billable time is paid.
• Our BCBAs and clinical directors are experienced and here to support you.
