Step Ahead ABA in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home therapy cases on a part-time basis. The role offers $23/hour billable, with $10/hour paid non-billable time for training and meetings, and a caseload built around your availability.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy according to the BCBA-written plan.
• Have a BCBA assigned before you start; receive the plan and family support.
• Under BCBA supervision, participate in competency assessments and feedback.
• Record session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• Our BCBAs and clinical directors provide ongoing support to you.
