Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in Elkhart, IN with Mon-Fri mornings/afternoons. This in-home role offers flexible scheduling and a clear path for BCBA supervision within our supportive team.

You will deliver 97153 direct therapy under BCBA guidance, collect session data, and help families implement evidence-based strategies in home and community settings. Training and meetings are paid; opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Experience delivering ABA in-home therapy is preferred.
• Comfort and safety with home visits and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the treatment plan.
• Record and submit session data; assist BCBA with supervision and feedback.
• Support families with implementation of ABA strategies in home and community settings.
