Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT in Kokomo, IN to deliver direct therapy (97153) under a BCBA-approved plan. You will collect data, submit notes, and benefit from real supervision with QA/IOA checks during sessions. Non-billable time is paid at $10/hour.

You can set your own hours around client needs, roughly 28 hours weekly, with a starting billable rate of $23/hour and a path for pay increases as you level up. Capella University partnership is offered for tuition and degree support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB is required.
• Prior ABA experience is required.
• Availability Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri mornings, about 28 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per BCBA-approved plan.
• Provide supervision and feedback during sessions; QA/IOA checks.
• Collect session data and submit notes for every session; non-billable time paid at $10/hour.
