Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT for in-home therapy in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Work four weekday afternoons from 11:45am to 2:00pm delivering direct therapy under a BCBA-designed plan. You will collect data, follow supervision, and support families with compassionate, evidence-based ABA care.

Candidates should have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and prior ABA experience. Reliable transportation and comfort visiting families’ homes are required for this flexible, part-time role.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability four weekday afternoons within 11:45am-2:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA-written plan.
• BCBA supervision and support provided during onboarding.
• Collect session data and complete notes; non-billable time paid.
• Support families and maintain professional, compassionate conduct.
