Job summary

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Fort Wayne and seeks an RBT to deliver 97153 direct therapy in the client's home, following a BCBA-written plan. You will coordinate with a BCBA and family care manager, and data collection is part of your routine.

The role requires four weekday afternoon availability, reliable transportation, and prior ABA experience. Step Ahead offers supervision and a clear pathway for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability four weekday afternoons within 11:45pm–2:00pm.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy according to the BCBA plan.
• Receive plan intro and family support from the care manager.
• Participate in supervision, with feedback and competency checks.
• Record session data and submit notes for billing.
• Support continuity with BCBA and clinical directors.
