Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home therapy in Portage, IN. The role supports children and teens with autism, with supervision from a BCBA and a flexible caseload aligned to the candidate’s availability.

The position offers part-time hours with competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and a pathway through our RBT leveling system and BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• BCBA assigned before you start with plan and family support.
• BCBA provides competency assessments, observation and feedback.
• Collect session data and submit notes for your work; non-billable time is paid.
• BCBAs and clinical directors provide support and guidance.
