Regency Pacific seeks a Staff Physical Therapist Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The role includes performing prescribed therapies, documenting responses, and communicating changes in patient status to the care team.

Responsibilities include patient instruction, collaboration on treatment plans, and ensuring adherence to therapy standards across assigned facilities. Prior PTA licensure and state-specific compliance required.

Qualificações

• Requires PTA degree and current unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice.
• Direct patient care under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Instructs patients and families on therapy activities and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Instructs patients in active and passive exercise, gait training, and ADLs.
• Records patient responses and reports changes to supervising PT/nurse/physician.
• Visits patients per Plan of Treatment and documents daily notes.
• Assists in plan of treatment development with supervising PT.
• Adheres to Therapy Standards of Practice.
