BrightStar Care – Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for part-time/per diem in-home visits across MA. You’ll assess patients at home, develop care plans, improve strength, balance, mobility, and safety, and educate families.

Requirements: MA PT license, DPT or MPT, CPR certification; 1+ year experience preferred; reliable vehicle. Perks include flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certified.
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR.
