BrightStar Care – Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for in-home services on a part-time / per diem basis. You will help clients regain strength, balance, mobility, and independence in their home environments.

Requirements include an active MA PT license, a DPT or MPT from an accredited program, CPR certification, and 1+ year of experience (new grads welcome). Flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement are available.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license required.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR.
