Job summary

BrightStar Care – Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality in-home therapy to clients in the communities we serve.

Position is part-time or per diem with visits in your preferred area. Earn $90–$100 per visit plus mileage; CPR certified; MA PT license; DPT or MPT from an accredited program; 1+ year experience preferred and reliable vehicle required.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license required.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program required.
• CPR certification required.
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using mobile EMR.
