Varco Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes. This PRN position offers a flexible schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact on mobility and independence.

You will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist, help patients perform home exercise programs, monitor progress, and document visits accurately. Reliable transportation and Texas PTA license are required.

Qualifikationen

• Active Texas PTA license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.

Aufgaben

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
