Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes. You will help improve mobility, independence, and quality of life while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.

Active Texas PTA license is required, with home health experience preferred. Strong communication and patient care skills are essential, and reliable transportation is a must for independent fieldwork.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license (required).

• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner
• Support patient goals and functional independence
