Job summary

Complete Home Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to support patients in their own homes. You will monitor health, assist with ADLs, and help maintain independence while upholding our Mission and Values.

You will join a team that collaborates with families and the care team to implement plans of care, document observations in the EMR, and ensure safety. Requirements include a high school diploma, HHA certificate, CPR, a valid driver's license, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Home Health Aide Certificate from an approved program.
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health Aide/CNA experience.
• Strong English language skills, written and spoken.
• Active CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and records patient condition and contributes to the care plan.
• Provides personal care, grooming, bathing, and assistance with ADLs.
• Supports housekeeping tasks, meals, and transportation as needed.
• Teaches families safe lifting and positioning techniques.
• Documents patient information in the EMR and communicates changes.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment following policies and procedures.
