Job summary

Complete Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide compassionate care in patients' homes. Your responsibilities include monitoring health, assisting with ADLs, and supporting families while following plan of care and safety standards.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. A HS diploma and HHA certification are required, with at least 1 year of HHA/CNA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Home Health Aide Certificate or similar certification from an accredited program.
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health Aide or CNA experience.
• Strong English language proficiency (written and verbal).
• Active CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient condition by observing physical and mental status, intake/output, and exercise; document findings with care team.
• Support and personal services per Plan of Care; assist with ADLs and housekeeping tasks.
• Teach families safe lifting and transfer techniques.
• Provide bathing, dressing and grooming assistance as needed.
• Interface with family members to address concerns and explain treatment and aftercare needs.
• Record patient information in EMR and notify leadership of changes.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
