Job summary

Complete Home Care is seeking a Home Health Aide to assist clients in their homes with personal healthcare and health maintenance activities as assigned, including transferring, feeding, mobility, and exercises.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of home health or CNA experience, be fluent in English, hold a HHA certification and CPR, and be willing to travel to patient homes with a flexible schedule. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as home health aide or CNA in home health setting.
• CPR certification required.
• Home Health Aide certification held in good standing; state requirements may vary.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with tasks per Plan of Care (POC).
• Communicate with administrative staff about client needs and condition changes.
• Provide and document care per Home Health Aide Care Plan.
• Contribute to continuity of care and participate in team meetings.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions in client care.
