Complete Home Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support patients in the comfort of their homes. You will monitor health, provide personal care, and assist with daily activities while maintaining patient dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include collaborating with a care team, teaching families, and documenting patient information in our EMR system. A CTA is to ensure safety and high-quality home-based care.

Qualifikationen

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Home Health Aide Certificate or equivalent certification in good standing.
• Minimum of one year experience as a home health aide or CNA.
• Strong English language skills (written and verbal).
• Active CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and record patient condition and care needs.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Support with housekeeping, meals, and transportation as needed.
• Teach families about patient care and safe handling of tasks.
• Document patient information in EMR and communicate changes to the Care Team.
