Job summary

Signify Health is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations. Clinicians engage with members in their homes, review medical history, and perform physical assessments using an iPad and standard workflow.

Travel locally and within licensed states is required. MDs and DOs with active, unrestricted licenses are encouraged to apply; multi-state licenses are a plus. The role offers flexible part-time hours and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Join a national network of clinicians delivering in-home health evaluations.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed and use Signify Health workflows.
