Job summary

Signify Health is seeking a Part-time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations. You will meet patients in their homes, discuss medical history, perform a physical evaluation, and coordinate with health plans for diagnostics and preventive services.

The role supports a national network of clinicians, requires MD/DO licensure, and allows travel within licensed states. This is a part-time position with benefits eligibility and a typical pay range of $105 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the coverage area.
• MD or DO degree required to practice in relevant states.
• Multistate licenses are preferred to enable broader coverage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations with patients in their own residences.
• Engage with patients and care teams to review medical history and perform physical assessments.
• Travel locally and within licensed states, and conduct virtual visits when indicated.
