Job summary

Signify Health is seeking a Part-time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations, engaging with members where they live. Visits run about 45 minutes, include med history review and physical exam, and use an iPad workflow with no prescribing required.

Travel locally within licensed states is expected, with occasional virtual visits. Eligible clinicians join a purpose-driven network and access comprehensive benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in the coverage area.
• Multi-state licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, reviewing medications and medical history.
• Perform physical evaluation and coordinate any plan-ordered tests.
• Travel locally across licensed states; conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Document findings using the Signify Health workflow on an iPad.
