Job summary

Signify Health is seeking a Part Time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations for members in their homes. The visits last about 45 minutes and include a review of medications and medical history, a physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests ordered by the health plan.

Applicants should hold an MD or DO with an active license; multi-state licensure is preferred. Some local travel and virtual visits may be required, with benefits for part-time clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history review and physical evaluation.
• Engage with patients one-on-one in the home and answer health questions.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed; conduct virtual visits when required.
• Provide Signify Health services such as Diagnostic & Preventive Services (e.g., spirometry, etc.).
