Job summary

Signify Health, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Physician to conduct in-home health evaluations, traveling to members’ homes across licensed states. You’ll review medical history, perform basic physicals, and connect patients with the right care while joining a nationwide network of clinicians.

This role offers flexible hours (29.5 per week), a focus on compassionate care, and comprehensive benefits for part-time employees. Travel and virtual visits are required as needed to support members’ health goals.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in coverage area(s).
• Ability to travel locally and within licensed states.
• Experience in in-home clinical settings is preferred.
