Job summary

Signify Health, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations, engaging with patients in their own homes and bridging gaps in care. The role emphasizes compassionate, thorough assessments without prescribing or changing treatment plans.

You'll join a national network of clinicians, travel locally and within licensed states as needed, and participate in virtual visits when required. The position offers a flexible schedule and benefits for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).

• Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.)
