Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Part-Time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations. You will engage with people in the comfort of their homes, bridging gaps in care, and building trusted relationships to improve health outcomes.

The role involves ~29.5 hours per week, 45-minute visits, and optional virtual visits. Licensure in good standing and multi-state capability are preferred; travel within licensed states is expected.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO license required and active/unrestricted.
• Multi-state licenses preferred to expand coverage.
