Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations. Clinicians engage with members in their homes and help bridge gaps in care while conducting 45-minute visits and optional diagnostic testing as ordered.

The role supports local travel within licensed states, includes virtual visits when needed, and requires an active MD or DO license. Part-time with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Signify Health as a clinician colleague.
• Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Provide services including Diagnostic & Preventive Services (e.g., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening).
