Job summary

Signify Health in the United States is seeking a Part-Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care. The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the health plan, additional diagnostic tests.

You will use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow and are not required to prescribe medicine or alter treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients at home for in-home health evaluations.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Use iPad and clinical workflow; not required to prescribe medicines or order labs.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed.
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated (e.g., spirometry, bone density screening).
