Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care. You’ll use an iPad and a streamlined clinical workflow, with no requirement to prescribe medicines or order labs, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered assessments.

The role supports travel within licensed states, may include virtual visits, and offers part-time hours with benefits and malpractice

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home health evaluations for health plan members.
• Engage with patients to bridge gaps in care and answer health questions.
• Travel locally within licensed states; conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Perform within a private residence setting and utilize standard clinical workflows.
