Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations for members in their communities. Visits last about 45 minutes and include a med history review, a physical exam, and optional diagnostic tests as indicated.

You will travel locally and within licensed states, conduct virtual visits as needed, and deliver comprehensive home-based assessments using an iPad and our clinical workflow.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the coverage area.
• Multi-state licenses preferred to cover travel.
• MD or DO degree with board eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health evaluations for health plan members.
• Perform medication and medical history review and physical evaluation.
• Coordinate tests when required by the health plan and document findings.
• Travel locally and within licensed states; conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Operate using an iPad and Signify Health workflow; no prescribing required.
