Qualifications

• Must have a valid PTA license in the state of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to patient care and meetings as a representative of physical therapy.
• Adhere to department and treatment schedules with documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to implement patient-specific programs.
• Assist the Physical Therapist during tests, evaluations, and procedures.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in home-based therapy techniques.
• Maintain timely documentation for all patients treated.
• Ensure equipment is safe, clean, and reported for repair when needed.
• Deliver individualized treatment plans and therapeutic modalities as prescribed.
