Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state of practice (MA) or licensure eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care meetings as a representative of physical therapy.
• Adheres to department and treatment schedules and documentation requirements.
• Works with the rehabilitation team to implement patient programs.
• Supervises and educates patients and caregivers in therapy techniques under supervision.
• Provides PT treatments and supports functional independence under the supervising PT.
