Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and required meetings as a representative of physical therapy.
• Maintains adherence to department and patient treatment schedule and documentation requirements.
• Collaborates with rehabilitation team to implement patient programs.
• Assists the Physical Therapist during tests, evaluations, and procedures.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in treatment techniques under supervision.
• Maintains timely documentation for all patients treated.
• Maintains and reports on equipment; ensures patient service is high quality.
