Job summary

BrightStar Care – Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for part-time/per diem roles to deliver in-home PT services. You will evaluate, plan, and implement interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and safety for clients in their homes.

The role requires an active MA PT license, DPT or MPT from an accredited program, CPR certification, and access to a reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license. New grads welcomed and mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certified.
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Reliable vehicle & driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR.
