Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid PTA license in the state of Maryland.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patient residences.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and care conferences under the PT.
• Adheres to treatment schedules and completes timely documentation.
• Collaborates with rehabilitation team to implement patient programs.
• Assists PT during tests, evaluations, and complex procedures.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in treatment techniques under supervision.
• Maintains documentation for all treated patients.
• Cleans and maintains equipment and reports repairs as needed.
• Delivers patient-centered care in diverse home settings.
