Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an in-home/outpatient rehab assignment in Hampton, NH. The position is 13 weeks, onsite, with a 40-hour workweek and shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

You will work under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, provide therapy, document care, and coordinate with the rehab team to support older adults’ independence. Must hold a valid NH PTA license and have reliable transportation; compensation is $40.50/hour with weekly base

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license in the state of practice (NH).
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and team meetings under PT supervision.
• Adheres to treatment schedules and documents clinical notes timely.
• Collaborates with rehab team to implement patient programs.
• Assists PT with tests, evaluations, and procedures as needed.
• Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
