Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Colorado is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide in-home pediatric therapy across multiple service areas. You will assess, plan, and deliver customized treatment to help children develop motor skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Colorado).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
