Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver outpatient rehab services in patients’ homes or independent living settings across Minnesota. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy to improve daily functioning and independence.

This role requires ACOTE-accredited OT program, NBCOT registration, an active OT license, and a valid driver’s license; you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and document care plans, offering a flexible schedule and patient-centered

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (ACOTE-accredited)
• Initial NBCOT registration
• Valid state OT license
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home/outpatient occupational therapy services for older adults
• Supervise OT Assistants, students, and support staff as applicable
• Maintain timely clinical and billing documentation and attend related meetings
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to select appropriate therapy regimens
• Adapt plans of care to patient needs and progress
• Order and maintain supplies and equipment; ensure safety and compliance
