Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation To You is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults. You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes or in living facilities, guiding functional recovery and independence.

The role requires ACOTE-accredited OT education, NBCOT certification, and an active OT license, plus a valid driver's license. A flexible schedule and collaborative team support are offered, with significant career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial NBCOT certification and a valid OT license for the state.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Ability to provide outpatient and in-home occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in patients' homes or in independent living facilities.
• Organize and conduct OT programs to facilitate rehabilitation and functional restoration.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust plans of care, and document outcomes and billing.
• Supervise assistants, temporary licensees, and students as required by licensure.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team and physicians to select appropriate therapy regimens.
