Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation To You is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver outpatient rehabilitation in patients' homes or in independent living facilities. The clinician will design and manage OT programs to restore function and independence across diverse home environments.

This role offers flexibility across settings with a focus on patient-centered care. Applicants must have ACOTE‑accredited OT education, NBCOT registration, state OT licensure, and a valid driver’s license to serve

Qualifications

• ACOTE-accredited OT degree is required.
• Initial NBCOT certification required.
• Valid OT license in the state of practice required.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient in-home rehabilitation for older adults.
• Supervise OT assistants and students as needed.
• Adhere to treatment schedule and complete clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team and physicians to tailor therapy plans.
• Assess patient progress and adjust plans to maximize functional outcomes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (ACOTE‑accredited)

OT license (state licensed)

National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) registration
