Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a motivated per diem Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care in Brooklyn. The candidate will deliver 1:1 OT services, create treatment plans, and document visits. Both 1099 and W-2 options are available to fit your work style.

Licensed OT in New York or eligible is required, with willingness to travel to patients’ homes within the geographic area. Flexible scheduling and professional growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist Program Graduate required.
• Licensed OT in NY or eligible to obtain license.
• Ability to travel to patients' homes within geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 occupational therapy in patients' homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans per physician orders.
• Deliver care aligned with professional standards and organizational policies.
• Educate family members and home health aides on therapy techniques.
• Document each visit timely and accurately.
• Evaluate treatment effects and adjust plans to maximize benefit.
