Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a motivated per diem Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care in the Brooklyn area. All levels are encouraged to apply, with training provided for new graduates. Pay is $75-$90 per visit, with 1099 or W-2 options.

Flexible scheduling and a supportive team are offered. Responsibilities include 1:1 treatment, patient evaluation, and developing individualized plans of care.

Qualifications

• OT program graduate.
• Licensed OT in NY or eligible.
• Home health experience preferred but not required—we provide mentorship for documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Accept and treat patients within designated geographic area.
• Provide 1:1 treatment.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document care and outcomes per policy and plan of care.
• Educate family members and caregivers on therapy techniques.
• Plan and carry out occupational therapy programs to maintain or improve function.
• Perform initial exam and determine diagnosis before intervention.
• Willing to treat geriatric patients.
