Qualifications include a ACOTE-accredited OT degree, NBCOT registration, and a valid state license; a valid driver's license is required for home visits. This role emphasizes flexible scheduling and comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program is required.
• Initial NBCOT registration is required.
• Valid OT license in the state of practice is required.
• A valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in-home for older adults.
• Evaluate and treat in the home setting across OT domains.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans with patient and caregivers.
• Coordinate with rehab team and physicians for optimal care.
• Ensure documentation, safety, and program adherence.
