Powerback Rehabilitation To You is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient therapy for older adults, in patients' homes or living facilities. You will design and lead OT programs, promote independence, and complete clinical documentation to support progress.

The role requires ACOTE-accredited OT education, NBCOT registration, and an active state license. A valid driver's license or reliable transportation is essential for traveling to patient homes across the service area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial registration with NBCOT.
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in a home setting for older adults.
• Conduct and supervise OT programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance daily functioning.
• Assess patients, develop goals, implement treatment plans, and document results.
